How many tenderloins do you cut day/week? Well this week I kept track. Mon-14 tues-31 (order for 65 8-9oz center cut) wed-4 Thurs-6 Fri-off Sat- 13 Sun-29 This is just me, we did do 305-310k for the week. Busy week, and yes we have very good hamburger and stew meat,kabobs!
