Ok, I have talk to a lot of shops Lately and they are concern more about sales,and a medium margin.I know for us sales are important, but we need to keep that margin up.So what is your store expecting you for a margin.

We are starting into the summer months, WHAT type of Merchandising will you do to contribute to the extra sale of products. WHAT ideals do you have in mind to stimulates interest and entices customers to make a purchase or buy a item they didn't come in to buy??

1. not rotating the case and finding outdated product because of it. 2. the person the previous night not cleaning saw /grinder parts good. 3. not having back up cut on his day off. .................just saying anyone else care to chime in?
