If any of you are interested in furthering your education in our chosen field University Wisconsin at Madison is taking applications for the next class of Master Meat Crafters. I know Big Beef has sent in his application. I did this two years ago and my son graduates from the program this week. It is well worth the time and cost. Check with your boss see if your employer will foot the bill, many will. Don't delay this class will fill fast. Two years until the next offering as it is a two year program
