Nine tenths of teaching is encouragement, spending time cultivating, bolstering and saying “you can do this.” Our craft would not be enjoyed by so many without the guiding hand of experienced meat cutters willing to share their knowledge and experience. I guess it gives a lot of meaning to this old saying,
“Success isn't just about what you accomplish in your life, it's about what you inspire others to do.”
