Which Are the Most Famous Dhabas on the Delhi to Manali Highway?

The drive from Delhi to Manali by Tempo Traveller is long but scenic, and food stops make it more enjoyable. Highway dhabas between Delhi and Manali are known for hot parathas, tea, and authentic North Indian meals that travelers love to revisit.

Murthal Dhabas (Sonipat area) – The first popular cluster of highway eateries just outside Delhi. Amrik Sukhdev and Mannat Dhaba are famous for stuffed parathas, white butter, and lassi. Their large parking areas are ideal for Tempo Travellers starting early morning from Delhi.

Neelkanth Star Dhaba (Bilaspur side) – A trusted stop before the hill climb begins. It serves wholesome thalis, tea, and snacks in a clean setup. Many groups prefer this for lunch breaks.

Mani Ram Dhaba (near Kullu) – A known name among road trippers for local Himachali dishes and calm surroundings before reaching Manali.

Marhi Dhabas – Small roadside eateries offering tea and maggi, especially popular during snow season near Rohtang route.

A well-planned route with these food halts makes the Delhi to Manali by Tempo Traveller journey smooth, comfortable, and full of authentic taste.
