Time is really flying by as we all know, especially us older meat men. I just wanted to remind everyone here how much Leon meant to us all, Leon had big dreams for us all and a real passion for our industry. Leon had big plans for the meat cutters club and I only wish he would have had more time to see it through. With that said I want to wish his beautiful bride a very Merry Christmas and let her know she is still in our prayers. I am really enjoying my retirement and I hope to visit all of you here more often.
I've been away from the industry for well over ten year now. Yet Leon's effort's and inspiration rekindled my love of this trade. The giving of gifts this time of year reminds of all that Leon has given. For that matter he is still giving today.
