Good To Be Back

Hi everybody and thank you for your thoughts and concerns, they meant a lot to me. I am moving slow but headed to a solid recovery. I've got to change a few things health wise but nothing really severe except! They want me to stop drinking regular coffee. I said doc, you are asking a meat man to stop drinking coffee is like asking the Pope to stop using holy water. I said why coffee, he said because it is a stimulant, and its bad for your heart. The he said look let me explain it in another manner. Consider yourself a house, its a nice house, with a nice front porch and a few bay windows with great siding and a new roof. A really pretty house. However, the house is 75 years and that's how old your wiring is. LOL>

I am relieved that you are going to be okay.

About the coffee. I like coffee too. He said stop drinking "regular" coffee. What is the alternative? Decaf?

coal tea aint so bad you can get barrys in us i took half a suitcase of punjana tea over once US customs swiped them for drugs. in days of old before foot and mouth scares irish ppl going to england and germany for a holiday to give to relatives living there used to fill half the suitcase with sausages mince and veg roll(a ground beef pattie) and teabags

coffee really denudes ur level of caffine over time drinking it again just tops you up to your natural levels i do have an odd cup like ive an odd cup of whiskey.

good youre on the mend keep supping what you want in moderation coffee tea or whiskey

quacks aint so bad they do that job full time so listen to them of a sort

i hope they didnt say dont eat meat and eat mung beans and quinoa grains.

Then again ur storytelling and view of life does fit into some old time hippies i met over there ill pm you that

keep her lit coal
