Horsehead Sirloin Steak?

I got this question in the club email today.  Is anyone familiar with this?  Is it maybe Bone In Top Sirloin?

"I live in Coffeeville Al. I cannot find horsehead sirloin steaks, need help finding a vendor that can supply.I use eat horseheads 20 years ago, and miss them. Many thanks"

I think the man is referring to a bone in beef hip. They went out when packers started muscle boning.

broke and cut many horsehead round and sirloin. when you break the beef loin off the hind quarter and cut bone-in , the first 2 " of the sirloin are called horsehead sirloin and the round hanging is called the horse head round .
