At West Georgia Processing I caught all the guys finishing up a run of hogs, I didn't bother them for pictures,  I caught State Inspector John Sellers finishing up some paper work and got him to take a picture. John been in the trade 41 years, first started cutting up meat for lions and tigers for a zoo photo IMG_0030_zpscmiickax.jpg

iw ould like to hear more of his story working in the zoo. Thats a meat cutting gig I never thought of before.
