Since 1937 the same family has operated a restaurant at our present location. The existing building was built in 1964. For the time being I regret to say we canned the rail meat program due to the low cost of high quality box beef as opposed to the relatively high cost of lower end rail beef (3.00 vs 2.00) This is now my 25th year in the trade. I've seen my meat world go full circle now as I was trained on box meat. :( But the great news is business is booming, setting HB sales records already and we just opened Feb 9th. PTL
