I was fortunate enough to have a Market Manager when I was a young assistant teach me while sometimes you have to bark, You get more from your crew with kind words and compliments. Another thing he taught me was that every day I left my market to thank my crew for a job well done because with out them you not going to do your job, I practice that most every day of my managing career.
