I am very proud to announce that last night at the Australian meat industry awards night ... I was awarded the first In Queensland to have the title of "Master Butcher of Australia" for Queensland ... It is such a great honour to be seen and appreciated for the hard work that we do ... Because at the end of the day ... No one can do what we do !!!!! It is an art .... And the passion that I have for the industry I will grab this with both hands and run !!!!! Bring it on !!!
