I may be wrong but I think a meat cutter could


I may be wrong but I think a meat cutter could make a good living with something like this, low over head, move to where the customers are. Health rules wouldn't be as extensive as a meat market, more than likely fall under a mobile food truck rules.

BRATWURST HÜTTE

MONDAY-SATURDAY 10AM-2PM

They sell Traditional, Cheddar, Jalapeño Cheddar, Beer, Onion and Bell Pepper Brats. They are grilled daily for lunch. You may also want to try there Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich for lunch.

Great idea, but I do know in some areas the health departments are much stricter on food trucks than traditional operations.

 In Philly (maybe elsewhere too) they are called "Roach Coaches".
