Chicken Crown Roast wins the Gold at the Smithfield Awards

One of our face book butcher/meat cutters members, Carl Mallett of Bradwell Butchery Bakery and Delicatesson finished his apprenticeship and now is a full time butcher, he is really enjoying it and these are his chicken crown roast that won him the Gold at the Smithfield Awards last Mon
