RE: Club Director Chef Alan Lazar is in New York

Hi,
Thanks for the post, What I did not mentioned that there was a protest from Animal activists in why we love meat. The panel was taking questions and one gentleman asked a great question about meat. Then the second one stood up and started talking about his dog. Then they started in about animals rights. Pat LaFrieda said, I get this all the time and I can answer the question " The animals we use are raised for our consumption not as pets. Its great to have pets". This was a great response. I raised my phone and told the people I am a vegetarian, the cattle eat grass, I eat the cattle throughfore I am a vegetarian. India is full of vegetarians but when the sun goes down cows go missing, why?

These animal rights people really distrupted a great panel and that is not fair. If they wanted to protest (which is theres right) they need to do it outside on the grass. Its not the deeds of the wicked but the silence of the good. They really upset me and I have right to my protest.  PETA means People Eating Tasty Animals

Eat MY Meat

what do you think?

regards

Chef Lazar

a proud meat eater
