Experience Requirements:
> Understand how to perform cutting test > Familiar with all cuts of meat > Efficient in meat cutting and equipment use > Knowledge of standard sanitation procedures > Retail merchandising
Other Skills or Requirements:
> A flexible schedule is required, including nights and weekends > Background knowledge of natural and organic foods preferred > Experience preparing meat and seafood meals
