Do you still cut whole rounds?  If so i think some of the younger cutters in here might be interested to see what that involves. Maybe you could make us a video and show them what Rolled Rump Roast is.  We stopped seeing them in so much in the mid 90s and I can't seem to find youtube video on them.

F-darn ....be more than happy to brother I'm actually busting Up a Beef right now I will do a video on just boneing out the full round I can't cut it today because it needs to age longer but I will give a in-depth explanation! 😎

 Thank You fdarn for requesting this and ButcherD for being able to do a video, I look forward to seeing it.  I've spent the last day trying to figure out a rolled rump vs rump roast.  And to answer fdarns comment in another thread WFM in my region ties all roasts regardless of loose pieces. Only way I know
