ray wester should be a hall of fame member for the 49 years meat merchandising and offering premier customer service and quality product . I managed back in the 60 s and 70 s for food fair , owned a family meat shop for 20 years ,sold and went to Publix supermarkets where I managed for 17 years and retired march 2012 . I still cut meat two days a week for winn dixie . I love the meat business and still take care of customers that shopped with me for over 40 years .
