ATTENTION CANADIAN MEMBERS (( PLEASE READ ))

I have a member that has ask me to help him find some one in the Alberta Canada area.
He is wanting to talk with meat people from that area about a Sausage shop he may be buying in the next couple weeks in Alberta Canada and discuss questions & concerns he has on the business side of it, not the actual production, but more on equipment that is already present (is
it to old & dying, no parts for it etc). Building is 100 years old, He
don't know enough details about the rest of the plant. He meet with owner
this Wednesday evening. He is trying to assess whether this is a good biz
opportunity or it has too many risks with older equipment, also discuss health
& safety regulations, that would be helpful.  The biz has
had a great name for 30 years, Owner is closing shop
regardless in 6 weeks so we are kind of rushed to get some answers &
insights.

IF THERE IS ANY ONE THAT WOULD TALK WITH THIS GENTLEMAN, PLEASE INBOX ME YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND I WILL PAST IT ON.

RE: ATTENTION CANADIAN MEMBERS (( PLEASE READ ))

Hi,

Alberta is beautiful and has plenty of beef, Maybe he should contact the guys from olds college, I think if he has little knowledge about the business, its going to tough, Depends how much money does he have? He will need to get up to code, advertise and staff.

If you do not love it, don't do it.

regards

Alan Lazar
