Any of you guys had shoulder tear surgery? I may have to deal with it. I'm not afraid of the surgery, but I'm worried about my arm strength after surgery. Yes, it's my cutting arm.
I had it as well. Right shoulder and torn pretty good. Off several weeks and did the rehab. Back at 90% Now just have to watch myself on lifting the heavy boxes.
Machine, I was off work for two weeks went back with restrictions did not start cutting till about the 8 week mark. Tell the Doctor and the PT staff what you do for a living. I'm not gonna lie to you the first few days suck really bad. But it gets better every week. And if your going to have this surgery shave your own arm pit or they will just dry shave you and the rash is worse than the surgery.
