Welcome to North GA Sausage & Spice company! We started this company as a branch of our retail sausage shop Frankfurt Doner and Meats.  We extend the same core values we live by in our retail shop to home processors:

• We will never add extraneous ingredients to our blends, that includes MSG, dextrose, corn syrup, soybean oil, hydrogenated oils.
• We will make every blend to order and never pre-mix. This ensures that not only will your seasoning arrive fresh, we can work together to tweak the blend exactly the way you want it.
• We won't put a bunch of freeze dried stuff in your sausage when an acceptable substitute will significantly increase the quality of your finished product.  Why would you want a beer flavoring added to your sausage?  You know what tastes like beer?  Beer.
• We will strive to answer any question related to the use of our product and sausage making in general.  
• We are sausage makers who cater to sausage makers.  The seasonings we sell are what we use in our retail location every single day.
