Thanks Youngblood , I have set up several of our new stores / remodels this way. The one in the picture is only 4 years old. I'll get a shot of the whole setup next time I'm at that store.
Myself and our Maintenance Supervisor put our heads together on layouts. It all depends on location of plumbing/doorways /cooler entrances/ is there a window/ you have take all things into consideration.
