When you work overnight, your ready for the morning fight GO MEAT ! 48 foot self service done ! nobody in Canada has a system like this , everyone always scrambling in the morning to get things done , but when u start at midnight with your dream team , the mornings are more pleasant and the extra moneynight hour pay is cool.
Maybe the best display I've ever seen in that type of counter. Also, doesn't a counter look great without signs all along, up and down it with no charcoal bags, wine, bread crumb stuffing (etc) on the floor under it?
Only disadvantage is time of initial bloom lost without much traffic and extra rewrapping-it still probably is good for that obviously high volume market-I love the look!
