2015 Tri-Nations Butchers' Challenge

2015 is shaping up to be a big year - we are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the 2015 Tri-Nations Butchers' Challenge. The event will be combined with the Alto Young Butcher & Competenz Butcher Apprentice Grand Final, making it the biggest industry event to be held in New Zealand. 

We will see a team from Australia and Britain grace our shores to take on the two-time world champions the Pure South Sharp Blacks. An associated study tour will also be organised.
