From a $300.00 investment off Ebay with free shipping I average making 850.00 to a 1000.00 a month from friends and relatives. I don't deal with any one else.
I get product wholesale from a old friend that is a meat salesman that deliver to my door. The above butts cost me a 1.19 lbs, the boneless loin 1.49. Actually I'm the middle man, I set up the order and they write the check, I don't charge for what I do but do take donations for being helpful to them
From the rib eye of the boneless loin I make thin butterfly chops that people pay me 4.99 a lb for because no meat market around here cuts them.
I also cut a pork steak from the money muscle part of the butt I get 4.99 a lb for.
This may be a investment you might want to think about and pick up your wife some extra Wal Mart money lol
Now that is a good idea. How long have you been doing that? Do you take cash only and skip the the taxes? How hard is it to get meat from a wholesaler to our home? I would definitly do this.
