What is steaks of Should Cloud called

Hello Everyone

I have got some Shoulder Cloud, I would like to cut to steaks. But what is it called in the US?

Colorado Steaks?? Or does it depend of the area/state you come from?

Here's a few names I know:

Barbeque Steaks, cross rib steaks, and patio steaks

We call those Denver steaks in most stores I worked for and my area was 1500 miles from Denver.  One store I worked at called them Grill Steaks. 

The roast version of it is always called English Roast from my experience.

in Washington State we call steaks from the Shoulder Clod......shoulder steaks, clod steaks. in washington you are not allowed to "make up" names. have to use proper name from NAMP book

Im from Missouri and we get a country fried steak from half and we get a steak we call a charcoal or a flat iron steak.

Here in Santa Claus, we cut boneless arm roast, English steaks, and lil sizzlers.

In the northeast, they are called shoulder arm steaks , we also call them shoulder steaks for London broil (if cut thick)

Best thing is, It's all about shoulder potions then given any preferable name at your choice.
