They are a family run business, operating in southern Tasmania, Australia. From Slaughter to Sausages is their motto, and they love what they do! Melita is a member of our face book group Butchers & Meat Cutters Her husband David won WorldSkills Aussies' Best Butcher under 25 in 2008 and he's only moved forward since.
