She got a promotion & made meat cutting history with her company today, She is the first Lady Market Manager for Martin's Foods #23, in Stevensville M She is 36, she started wrapping in a busy market in 2007,she watched and started cutting the easier cuts,while learning other aspects of the department. She officiallyentered the training program in May of 2013, She was a floater between stores by July, then got the assistantmeat manager position in March of this year. Now 8 months later she is a history maker, First lady Market Manager for her store.
She worked big volume markets so she pick up her skills fast.
Cyndi and co worker Shawna Martin. Shawna is a member of the meatcuttersclub, but she moved south to Alabama and is with a different chain now.

Congratulations on the promotion! I've been cutting since 1978 and I've never been a manager. Never wanted it, and if I did, I'd be no good. I think I have the knowledge for cutting, displaying, customer service, ordering product, etc., but not the right people skills. How do you like it so far? Are you the first lady manager at any Martin's, or the first lady manager at Martin's #23? If they have 23 or more stores, an you're the very first, this is long overdue.
