Maine Meatman Marinated Chicken Section, He says they cut the section down a bit because of cooler weather but usually have over 400 pkgs out at all times vac sealed , all wet marinades  our food dollar also competes with restaurants, if we can promote different quality items, more and more will treat themselves at home , also walmart and other box stores have very few marinades.

They also carry a marinated pork chops and ribs section too.

nice. that must be a big hit to need so many of them. I don't know what it is with michigan but I haven't seen meat cases packed that full since the 90s

we do a few types of marinades for 4 chicken breasts and 5 chops they go in oven ready trays like this which really is there selling point ie convienience.

all these packages are vacuum sealed, good for 2 weeks
