only one order not picked up!!
but tell me....
if you had a customer order a 19 lb turkey....
would you not think it was important??
when my Trusty Sales Rep called to remind him to pick it up
he was really rude to her & said
ya I'm on night shift... I got your call (but didn't bother to reply)
I'll get it next week!!..
there are many times we have stayed in shop for hours extra to make sure that someone's family is fed on these occasions....
So I would like all of your opinions....
Am I allowed to be pissed off??

had it been earlier in the day I coulda sold it!
I remember those days of pre orders on turkeys..... We used to keep our old notebooks for the following event and used to make notes on if someone didn't pick up their turkey. We made sure if they didn't and they ordered again we reminded them of the time they forgot to pick up. It doesn't stop you from getting mad, but at the same time your not burning a bridge with one customer and anyone they talk to making you sound bad. If memory serves me correctly you always one LOL
