Karsten Schellhas will be in Europe end of September and October for the SUEFFA meat tradeshow (Sept 28, 29, 30) and will offer special services to local meat stores. This includes:

• daily visit to the trade fair

• translation services

• visits to high-end German butcher/charcuterie stores

• visit to manufacturers of meat processing equipment and a premium spice company

• Price for the guided tour for 3 days is $450 per person

• Expenses for flight, hotel, food, ground transportation, entry fees for the trade show are the responsibility of each participant
