I've had a shrewd up week and few days, this damn Hughes Satellite had shrewd me again. I been fighting with them all week and up today. I had no internet, they say I did, I had no phone service because our cell phones service comes in the package deal, they said I did. I've my computer man out her 4 times this past week, he fixed a few little things, 157 dollars worth but still no internet. What the problem was and this just totally piss me off, they sell you data for this system, they shrewd me on that the second month I had it and had to buy 10 dollars a month more or you run out before the billing period, what I got last time was suppose to be enough. today we got another tech on the phone about the service, he said we were out of data because they changed their billing cycle, which we didn't know they had set us back up on a bank debit that bounced 4 checks and I needed to buy some more, would give me a good deal on 10 more dollars worth, I went off on him, cuss him like no one ever had before, threaten to take Hughes to court over false advertizing now I got 10 dollars more for no charge and my speed increase for free, extra cell phone data free, SEE it pays some time to cuss a SOB out lol NEVER let a friend getHughes Satellite, that is worst then letting a friend drive drunk.
I remember getting this same message in an email from you today, it had much stronger language in it. Its nice of you to edit your language for the ladies in here. LOL

I think internet services is the single most complained about service of any there are! I've read multiple Facebook and email complaints regarding internet services and I myself have had my share of issues. Doesn't seem to matter what service provider you have, everyone seems to have a crazy story to tell about their internet service! Glad you're back up and running again Leon!

I recently moved and had to get satellite Internet service. I chose exede and am pretty pleased so far. I think it is crazy they have data limits, but I had been on cable for years and enjoyed excellent speed and never even gave a thought to my data usage. FYI exede is running a special right now offering double data limits, sign up for 15 but get 30 gb for two years.
