Looks like pre pack meats will be in stores soon enough, as the plant should be finished by 2015 sometime.

Must be going to sell it to Kroger, to many companies returning to cutting their own

Got two companies in Utah bringing in a few sides every week to off set the cost of box meat right now

I was told within 6 years the Meat dept will be totally prepack.

Empire foods is an offshoot of Kroger more or less.
