In the first store I met Michael Kozody, Seafood Specialist photo photo7_zps85f2dca3.jpg

He had a sharp looking seafood case for 8:30 in the morning

I've heard publix is a great company to work for. Aren't they employee owned?

Alot of people that I have worked with are from Florida and have worked with Publix. Their full service meat and seafood is similar to ours but their closers are better at restocking, and prepping at night so it's ready to go straight in the case of the morning instead of leaving it up to first shift.

Publix, like a lot of "family owned" businesses ain't what it used to be.

When the Jenkins family bowed out so did the "family work atmosphere"

No more concern for employees/associates. MONEY MONEY MONEY
