How many of your customers are you on a first name basic with, know where they live and how many children they have

The rest are tourists who are seasonal
Got to love a small town!
Had a butcher in training on the weekend,
9 year old son of a customer, he handed out samples for me
& is now saving up to buy the shop so I can retire soon!
