They might be paid by the bone weight. I knew a guy who worked on a line like that. He said you put all bones into a barrell and at the end of the day they weighted it to determine your pay. So the faster you work the more you earn. Not alot of concern for safety(His job not this one). I don't think this is U.S. company. I like the mesh sleeves going all the way up to their non cutting arm.
