RE: Food Lion parent Delhaize sells three grocery chains

Bi Lo Holdings now owns Bi Lo-Winn Dixie-Harveys and they changed all the Sweetbay stores in South Florida to Winn Dixie's. And They changed like 10 Harveys over to Winn Dixie's in the South Ga area. Bi Lo Holdings is owned by C & S Wholesale Grocers and funded by Lone Star Funding. Bi Lo closed all the Harveys down for a week at a time to do "remodels" and change to the Bi Lo way and setup pricing. As an owner of 2 small meat shops in South Ga and our main Competition being Harvey's I can say I am thrilled of the changeover. Bi Lo has increased all of the prices in the entire store leading to very fast growth in both of my stores :) so I say thank you Bi Lo holdings & delhaize america. BTW I have worked for both Bi Lo holdings & Delhaize america so I embrace both chains.
