Do any of you remember the BBQ KING ROTISSERIE


 A little history lesson here, back in 1954  founder, Robert G. Wilson, established Barbecue King, a single smokehouse in Greenville, South Carolina, USA. His invention of the world’s first commercial revolving oven and established Barbecue King as a leader in the design, manufacture and installation of food service equipment.

The later 50's a pie oven was place next to them in the Grocery stores

In the early 60's they put a 4 foot warmer between them

middle 60's you begin to see a 4 or 6 foot steam table between them

First of the 70's you seen all this go behind a walled in pep room and a 12 to 16 foot steam table took their place.

By the middle 70's you seen this

Market Managers were over the deli's till around 1980, then they got their own managers and that my friends was the end of a big headache
