I made fresh link sausage at home for the first time 3 years ago, I used a hand crank meat grinder, that was the only time that I used one of those lol, but I learned a lot from my at home experiment and now I do 60 lbs a week in my market and sell out in 3 days. Train 'em young it's a dying art and fewer people know how to make fresh link sausage nowadays. By the way, I have 2 of those VX grip knives from Bunzel, I love the way they cut, my second man wants me to buy him one lol.
