I am the project coordinator at the Kansas City Barbeque Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and enjoying barbeque, and is the world's largest organization of barbeque and grilling enthusiasts with over 18,000 members worldwide.
I am proud to announce that Denver, Co will be the hosting city for our Annual Meeting and Banquet event in January 2015.
I'm writing to extend an invitation to potential speakers on a variety of topics that will be fun, informative, and beneficial to the attendees. I noticed that the Meat Cutters Club offers lots of information and I’d like to extend an invitation for one or all to come and speak at our event. The 4 meats categories that our members compete in are: Pork, Brisket, Chicken & Beef. We’d be honored to have you come and speak to our members about what you do as an organization and the differences in cuts of meat.
The KCBS Annual Meeting & Banquet will be held at the Westminster Marriott on Friday, January 16th and Saturday, January 17th. Speaking times are available for both days between 9:30am - 3:30pm with a duration for 1 to 2 hours. Please let me know if any teacher / speaker from the Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat is interested.
