I would like to see the face of the " Meat God " that walk down the meat case and seen the sign advertising these lol

WHAT name would you put on them? 

 

 

 

Their real name is Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Jalapeno Bites if you want to make some for your meat case

Our supervisors, store managers and owners are cool in this way. We can make things like that if we want. Within reason, we can do anything we want. Unlike many stores today, where I work the meat department runs the meat department.

What's the price on that item? 

One thing I don't like about that sort of thing is that you won't have it all the time. But later some person is going to ask for it again. Maybe no one around knows how it was made. As nice as that stuff is, I might not feel like making it, or even know how to make it when that one person asks for it 14 months from now.

OK, Didn't see that name. There's no way we could get away with that and I know no one who would want to use a name like that. But we have the freedom to make it and put a decent reasonable name on it.
