I had a number of e-mails about the use of handsaws in the meat cutting competition and where they might get one, I talk with Dawn of Bunzl and she came up with a discount on them for those interested in getting one.
What is the advantage for getting the 25" saw is it better for cutting along the chine or other bones that are in sections rather than threw a single bone etc or is it geared towards cutting beef while the shorter one is geared for pork/lamb. Or does it just depends how big your hands and muscles are lol.
Who makes the saw Ive seen a similar one in a restaurant supplier but it didnt come with free blade if its the same one its a good deal.

looks like a good deal for sure. I have always used the 25 inch the 20 inch is too short for me. i also like a longer knife than a shorter one so i guess it's about preference.
These handsaws are made by Edge Manufacturing. They are stainless steel which makes them more durable, and the fact that they come with so many blades makes them a much better deal! Hope this offer helps many of you!
