This would be a GREAT summer to come up. If you come in June you could stop in Milwaukee on the way and visit the American Association of Meat Processors Annual Convention, meet some great folks there and stop at several other meat markets in Wisconsin on your way to see me. I might even talk to you at the convention, you never know! haha I would love to visit with you at the convention and introduce you to a bunch of great meat people.

And it should be warm here by June 19, the date of the convention
