The second class of Master Meat Crafters graduated on Jan. 17 2014 after two years of study. It's the only program of its kind in the country. Wisconsin's Specialty Meats have a bright and tasty future
To anybody who lives close enough to take the course, I definitely suggest it. While it's primarily designed for Wisconsin, they encourage anybody to take the course and we had two graduates from Minnesota in our class. Please let me know if you want any information about it.
