i had a chance to work in Bouvry great little plant. Horse Bison Beef and elk when i was there. Unfortunately there will ALWAYS be videos ect of issues that have occured at slaughter. No system is perfect as in 100% yet they allow Hallah* slaughters if you want inhumane check those out!
