Butchers Knots


Does anyone have a good link or a good book for doing good tying (that ozzie bloke who did the pumpkin tied pork has been on my mind)and Ill probably throw is there guides to tying sausages links.

I think you make a loop and push it under and repeat.

I would like to learn more knots. I only two quick slipknots. One of tough muscles and the other for tenderloins.

Aside from my apprentice instructors, I do not personally know any meat cutters who know basic knots, especially the slipknot. All of them do an overhand.

I work with seven meat-cutters right now.
