I have been importing from china for over 10 years.The supplier might not make  the machine or be the factory and always ask if a us comany has one.If not ask for a video showing it in use.Your best bet are the chinese hydraulic stuffers and the stainless steel smokehouses with out controls..just box..some of the mixer grinders are interesting.You can do the same thinf ..almost ..with teraki blades for a tenderizer
