I want to give " SPECIAL THANKS "  to Club member Casey McKissick, NC Choices Program Director www.ncchoices.com

Casey donated the trip to the Meat Conference to http://www.meatcuttersclub.org/  as his donation for us becoming a non profit so I could come meet all the meat industry people there and net work with them for the benefit of the Club.

He also give us the first Exhibit table coming into the Conference, we got to meet them all as they came in.

they donated 6 cases of their new VX-Grip Superflex blade knifes to help get us some attention. Their knifes was used by some of the demonstrators giving classes. All had good comments about the handle and blade.

 

Club members I want to recommend this Meat Conference to you, If you get a chance to go it's worth while to you as a meat industry person, no matter what part of our industry you in. I been in the business 51 years and I learn a few things from it myself. They have a GREAT program, one worth your time to check out.
