Don't say the " butcher " is gone, I met two that is alive and doing well at

On the way up to Richmond, Ky Wed I stop off in their shop in Alcoa, Tennessee, I met Shawn Banks, Dan Markel, owner and manager of the Local.

My wife bought a few things from them, one item was some of their Beef Sausage, Man that was some " Fine " eating Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I also got to meet their up and coming " Butcher " Jordan Lyons, He has two good teachers, The young man should make a good one !! Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
