oh yeah....we did diestel turkeys...came in its own box....nice for weight but can be hard to restack. we would do a whole trailer full of just fresh and would have a little over a thousand special orders. Ya know they just have to have that turkey that is 16 1/2 pounds!!
crown roasts are always fun. We do more of them for Christmas, not so many for Thanksgiving.
I sure wish our fresh turkeys would come one to a box! then you get to send the box home with the customer! Our cardboard dumpster is past full and still a whole day of turkey boxes to go into it :(
